Preston's College

St Vincents Rd, Fulwood, Preston PR2 8UR, UK – 01772 225522

I won't lie. I didn't have the best track record in this college- with around 80% attendance both years, I may not have been the most liked student by all the staff. However, despite this, most of my tutors treated me with dignity and respect. I did Level 3 Games Design, and I feel a need to give a good word to both Chris and Mark. You can really tell they're passionate about teaching, and that they really do care about the students. With help from my teachers and their continued support, I was able to achieve a final grade of D*D*D, a grade much higher than my target grade of a measly DDM. I can't give you my honest opinion on any other course, but I can wholeheartedly say that the Games Design course is one of, if not the best course which I have attended so far. 5/5

I’ve been here for three years and the art teachers are helpful and make us feel comfortable. I would recommend the art course highly.

The Open University provides high-quality distance learning for people of all ages and educational backgrounds. The joy is that their courses not only can be completed at home but are modular and so make it possible to fit them around life's varying commitments! The OU also do research.

Generally it is quite extraordinary institution which many people thought would fail but actually has been an unqualified success since it was founded in 1969.
