The lady (Caroline Mercer) in the Thomas Cook shop in Preston city centre went above and beyond today. I recently bought a single currency cash passport and found I would be more suited to the new multi currency one, which the lady told me had only just come into play today. Although she had been on training for this she explained that there were things which were not covered and she was doing her best on the first day of it being in place I.e transferring my original card to a new one included transferring the money over. The Caroline was extremely patient dispite other customers becoming irritated and she did her absolute best to ensure my situation was resolved. I just want to say a huge thank-you to Caroline Mercer - you are a credit to the company!

My regular park run venue but do others in North West and in Midlands when visit parents. Volunteers do great job. Tm I've done over 100park runs. One of my daughters loves doing junior park run. Great park to run in
Spotlessly clean and a brilliant place to visit. When i went the fountain was being power washed but felt it was an amazing park. Only issue i had was parking but it wasnt too bad. Had my dad who's too old to walk in the wheel chair while i pushed him around. Some of the hills are steep but doable and everywhere is wheel chair accessible. Staff in cafe are friendly too i highly recommend coming here if you visit preston.

Large open space, well kept, pretty good modern play equipment and exercise equipment for the kids, tennis courts, free parking.
Nice Park with some good facilities. Play area for smaller kids plus in situ 'gym equipment' for big kids (us grown ups). Looks like most of the stuff was put in for/around 2012 Olympics so a bit tired looking but all seems to work well.

Great park to take you dog out for a walk! Many places to visit and sit down and soak it all the nature, nicely up-kept and very clean! several parks to take your kids, plenty of space to play sports and their are also several basketball courts! Sadly its not lit enough as night though.
Surprised by the public toilets. Cost 20p but very clean. Even had soft toilet roll!! Hands free flush, automatic hand wash and drying facilities. Well worth 20p. Lovely open space, for a great family day out.
